Vote Alan Holcombe, the only candidate that cares about ALL of the businesses on Beech Mountain...
SAME ALL PEOPLE RUNNING THE TOWN!
We need a younger, energetic and motivated MAYOR! and COUNCIL!
Current council doesn't work as Team... We NEED more FUTURE planning... Young people!
I am 53 and consider myself OLD for the COUNCIL...
We need to move with the times, and we are NOT.
Beech Mountain is not an old town , but it has an "older " population. Young people here are about 45-55 years old, and they are few and far between as work is no available. It just takes people being involved and giving a damn what goes on.
Involvement means nothing if you are an outsider! It is an OLD town; mentally old and unwilling to do one of the few things in life you cannot control..."CHANGE"
We need SERIOUS change!!!and that means that those that have the "grip" must let it go. Pass the torch; succession planning is the key to any long term survival!!!!!!!!!!!!!
